About
SEO should be a short list, not a second job
We are building the tool we wanted when we were the ones staring at a four-hundred-row audit export.
Why it exists
Most businesses do not have an SEO problem so much as a follow-through problem. The audit gets run. The spreadsheet gets shared. Then the real work of deciding what matters and getting it done competes with everything else on the list, and loses.
SEO Autopilot exists to close that gap: to get from a finding to a finished piece of work, and then to show whether it made any difference.
The trouble with audit reports
A traditional audit hands you four hundred rows and treats them as equally urgent. A missing alt attribute sits next to a page that is blocked from search. Nothing says which three would change anything this month.
So we explain every finding in plain language, say how sure we are of it, and label a heuristic as a heuristic. A word count is not a verdict on quality.
One list, in order
Everything worth doing goes into a single ranked list: fixes, search opportunities, content, approvals. Each item carries its likely impact, the effort involved, our confidence and the risk.
Those ratings are estimates drawn from your own data. They put the list in a sensible order. They are not a traffic forecast, and the product says so.
What competitors cover
You name the websites you compete with. We read a handful of their public pages and set them beside your own audit: the kinds of page they have, the subjects they return to, how they describe their pages to search engines.
What comes back is a short list of things you could add. We do not claim to know who outranks you or why, because nobody outside a search engine does.
Automation you control
We think automation earns trust slowly. The default is to ask first. Every proposed change shows the before and the after, can be edited, and can be declined.
Some kinds of change, such as redirects and indexing rules, can take a website out of search. Those are never automated here, however convenient that might look in a demo.
Seeing what happened
When something changes on a page, we record its search figures before and read them again afterwards, next to how the whole website moved over the same days.
That shows what followed a change. It does not prove the change caused it, and we never say it did.
What we hold to
Principles we build by
Say what we know, and what we don't
A Search Console average is not a rank check. An estimate is never presented as a fact.
Conservative by default
The safest setting is the one you start on. Doing more takes a deliberate choice, and you can always go back.
Your data is yours
Read-only access to Google, credentials stored encrypted, each account kept separate. Leave, and it is deleted.
Less, but clearer
We would rather show five things that matter than fifty that might.
Where to go next
See how it works step by step, browse the features, or read the questions people ask before signing up. This page is about why the product exists; meet the team for who builds it and how they work. Something we have not covered? We read every message.
